摘要

Personal health records (PHR) provide patients and doctors with many analyses as part of an intelligent health system. PHRs are often managed and stored in the cloud by a semi-trusted cloud provider. Unauthorized persons and partially responsible parties might nevertheless see confidential health information. In order to preserve patient privacy and guarantee that patients have control over their PHRs, this paper proposes a patient-centric PHR-sharing architecture. The method addresses the core hosting issue and offers access control to PHRs by encrypting all PHRs using multi-authority attribute-based encryption prior to outsourcing. To guarantee data integrity on the cloud and protect the user’s identity during authentication, an anonymous authentication between the cloud and the user is also advised. Online-offline attribute signatures serve as the foundation of the suggested authentication technique. As a result of the encrypted PHRs’ increased resistance to different threats and lack of artificial sharing during use may increase patients’ control over their PHRs.
