This paper introduces a web framework designed to revolutionize the recruitment process within the IT industry. By harnessing the power of cutting- edge AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and data analytics, the framework automates and enhances key recruitment functions. The framework's core features include resume screening, which employs a sophisticated job description matching algorithm and ranking system to efficiently shortlist candidates based on various parameters. This framework prioritizes security through encryption protocols, role-based access control, and data minimization to safeguard sensitive information. Moreover, the framework incorporates a chatbot-based assessment system, powered by Google Dialogflow, to conduct skill-based evaluations. This ensures a comprehensive and objective assessment of candidate’s skills, further enhancing the recruitment process's efficiency. Additionally, the framework includes a novel approach to HR interviews, utilizing video interviews with integrated sentiment analysis. This allows recruiters to assess candidate’s suitability and cultural fit more effectively, leading to better hiring decisions.
