Developing and Using Hybrid EV Charging Systems
摘要
The development and implementation of hybrid charging for electric vehicles (EVs) aims to improve the sustainability and efficiency of the infrastructure supporting EV charging. In order to charge EV batteries, this research suggests a method that combines photovoltaic (PV) solar panels with the electrical grid. The main goal is to use as many renewable energy sources as feasible while maintaining consistent charging. The energy flow between the PV system and the grid is regulated by the intelligent control algorithms used in the proposed hybrid charging system. The PV panels generate electricity to charge the EV battery when the sun is at its best. The user can contribute to the total energy grid by using the excess energy produced by the PV system, which is also supplied to the grid. When the solar energy source is insufficient, the charging system automatically shifts to the grid, guaranteeing continuous charging and easing range anxiety in EV users.
