摘要

In today’s world, safety–critical embedded systems play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of various electronic products, such as cars, aircraft, and medical devices. The certification and verification of these systems are crucial steps in their life cycle. However, with the ongoing pandemic, many professionals and students are opting for online courses to improve their skills and knowledge. As a result, they often need to present certificates and marksheets for admission or job applications. Manually verifying these certificates is a time-consuming and challenging task. Moreover, without a robust anti-forgery system in place, there is a risk of forged certificates circulating in the market. To tackle this issue, a robust certificate validation and verification system for educational institutes is required. The proposed system involves a certificate issuer, an internal confirmation panel, and unique digital seals for each certificate. The certificate issuer will issue the digital certificates and upload them to the blockchain network. The internal confirmation panel will verify the authenticity of the certificates before they are stored on the blockchain. Each certificate will have a unique digital seal that will be used to verify its authenticity. The project will use Hyperledger Fabric Blockchain technology, which is a private and permissioned blockchain platform that provides a high level of security and scalability. The system will be deployed using cloud services, which will provide flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
