Stress Detection Across Demographics: Leveraging Linear Regression Analysis
摘要
This study presents a linear regression-based complete stress detection methodology. Our method is to offer a comprehensive picture of stress factors by incorporating variables such as gender, age, occupation, sleep duration, quality of sleep, physical activity level, stress level, BMI category, heart rate, daily steps, sleep disorder, BP high, and BP low. Our study is grounded in a comprehensive review of related literature and a thorough literature survey. Extensive experimentation demonstrates the effectiveness of the suggested approach and reveals the model’s capacity to forecast stress levels across a variety of demographic groupings. This work offers useful insights into healthcare and well-being and advances the field of personalized stress assessment.
