摘要

Painting jobs, which encompass a wide range of industries from construction to automotive manufacturing, rely on skilled workers who possess both artistic flair and technical expertise. However, painting jobs also come with their own set of challenges and demands. Workers are often exposed to potentially harmful chemicals and fumes, leading to health risks such as respiratory problems, skin issues, and long-term exposure-related illnesses. Worker safety is a paramount concern, and addressing these risks often requires stringent safety protocols and personal protective equipment, which can add to operational costs. On the positive side, companies are increasingly adopting automated painting solutions. Automation improves efficiency, consistency, and safety while reducing waste. Automating painting jobs brings numerous advantages across industries. Our Project also aims to automate the task of wall painting using a hardware base using Arduino and stepper motor with an extendable arm attached to it. The bot will have obstacle avoidance and detection and path projection to accurately paint the wall. It will feature a UI webpage to help the user interact with the bot. The bot will also feature 2 attachments- 1 Plain Roller and 1 Textured Roller for wall painting using the gripper attachment.
