A Society of Carbon Neutrality

A carbon–neutral society is a stage in the evolution of human society. Without the development of civilizations such as agriculture and industry, humans, like all carbon-based life, would have added only a little in scale of the carbon cycle of the Earth's ecosystem itself. However, due to the emergence of these civilizations, large-scale industrialization caused a surging of carbon dioxide in the Earth's ecosphere, disrupting the natural balance of the carbon cycle and influencing various temperature-related balances in the Earth's ecosphere through greenhouse effect, which in turn affects the balance of the Earth's ecosphere. To avoid a total collapse of the Earth's ecosphere, the concept of carbon neutrality was proposed and put into practice. The imbalance of the carbon cycle results in overall behavior of human society, carbon neutrality also requires joint action by human society to achieve. If people realize carbon neutrality in the Earth's ecosphere, then human society at that time can be called a society of carbon neutrality.
