In the process of tire production, molds are essential mechanical equipment. Tire molds can be divided into segmented molds and two-piece molds. The former consists of the tread ring, mold sleeve, and upper and lower side plates, while the latter consists of the upper mold and lower mold. Segmented molds can further be categorized as conical surface guided segmented molds and inclined plane guided segmented molds.
