Laser Cleaning Paint Layer
摘要
Coating serves as a crucial protective measure for substrate materials across various industries and everyday applications. Whether it is the surfaces of ships, airplanes, cars, bridges, furniture, or artworks, paint layers are applied to safeguard the underlying substrate from damage. Be it metal materials like steel and aluminum alloy or non-metal materials such as plastics and rubber, coating is indispensable. However, over time, instruments, equipment, architectural structures, and transportation vehicles with paint layers inevitably suffer from environmental wear and tear. This deterioration compromises the integrity of the coating, leading to exposure of the substrate and subsequent damage. To mitigate corrosion risks and uphold structural integrity, periodic recoating becomes imperative, with paint removal emerging as a critical preparatory step.
