摘要

The aim of the work is to determine the concentration fields of chlorophyll “a” over a time interval of several days by integrating the transfer model, taking into account remote sensing data distributed over time and space. Satellite information is the most up-to-date, but it has gaps in its structure due to the scattering effect. Such omissions in the data are due to the presence, for example, of clouds or glare on the sea surface. Therefore, the construction of fields based on available information for the studied water area is an important and urgent task. In the numerical implementation of the transfer model and the variational method of assimilation of measurement data, the results of calculations based on the dynamic barotropic model of the Sea of Azov were used with wind exposure corresponding to the selected dates. In the iterative search for the extremum of the prediction quality functional, gradient methods are implemented, and the solution of the conjugate problem is used to construct the gradient of the functional in the parameter space. As a result of the calculations, the field of chlorophyll concentration “a” was obtained for the water area of the Taganrog Bay for the entire period of time of integration of the model consistent with the measurement data.
