Calibration
摘要
Calibration is a very common task connected with the construction of sensors, the development of new instrumental methods, measurements of physical variables that are not directly measurable, and the estimation of unmeasurable characteristics of products. It is composed of calibration model building based on regression analysis and calibration model use, including estimation of uncertainty of results. Standard statistical assumptions are often too restrictive and special methods based on more correct criteria are necessary to be used. The aim of this work is a description of the main types of calibration, including linear and nonlinear models. The basic types of linear calibration models are compared, and their quality is characterized by simulation.
