摘要

In today’s era marked by the ubiquity of mobile devices and the surge of the “Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) movement,” safeguarding corporate resources while ensuring employee convenience is paramount. This research aims to address the significant challenges in BYOD security by developing a robust security framework that capitalizes on Microsoft Intune's Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities. Employing a holistic approach, the study utilized the RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure) method to identify risk factors associated with BYOD systematically. Initially, the RBS hierarchy was structured into two primary categories: one focusing on risks related to the company and the other on risks affecting employees. Additionally, data from questionnaires concerning the introduction of BYOD were integrated, and the identified risks were classified. By bridging the gap between convenience and security in modern work environments, this research empowers organizations to embrace the advantages of BYOD while proactively managing associated risks. The integrated measures within our framework ensure secure access to corporate resources and contribute to developing a comprehensive strategy, enabling organizations to leverage the benefits of BYOD while effectively mitigating risks. Ultimately, this endeavor fosters the creation of a resilient BYOD ecosystem within modern workplaces.
