The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into healthcare, particularly in connected medicine, is revolutionizing the delivery of services by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, personalizing treatment, and optimizing medical data management. This transformative shift, backed by technological advancements such as 5G networks, electronic medical record systems, and wearable devices, enables real-time data transmission and remote monitoring. Investments in connected medicine and AI research fuel innovations in drug development and disease mechanisms. Regulatory bodies play a crucial role in ensuring the ethical and secure application of AI in healthcare, addressing concerns related to data security and privacy. A confirmatory research approach involving 60 doctors across different specialties validates hypotheses that AI integration significantly improves diagnostic accuracy, AI-assisted treatments are more effective, robust data management promotes wider AI adoption, and increased AI skills among medical staff lead to measurable clinical improvements. The findings underscore the ongoing need for research in advanced AI types, human factors influencing acceptance, and ethical considerations for widespread and ethical adoption of AI in healthcare.
