Materials for Integrated Photonics
摘要
In this chapter, we will discuss the characteristics of commonly used integrated platforms, which could determine the performance of the generated SC. The transparent window, loss, material dispersion, nonlinear refractive index, and nonlinear loss induced by TPA of different platforms are involved. Equations for linear and nonlinear losses, linear and nonlinear refractive indices are derived to explain these parameters.
