Traumatic Glaucoma
摘要
Traumatic glaucoma can occur due to various mechanisms related to eye trauma. Many types of ocular trauma can lead to intraocular pressure (IOP) elevation in the affected eye through different mechanisms. Without appropriate treatment, persistently elevated IOP can lead to irreversible glaucomatous optic neuropathy and permanent loss of visual function. In this chapter, we provide a comprehensive review of the pathogenesis, clinical findings, treatment options, and prognosis of traumatic glaucoma.
