Ocular Trauma Registration

An ocular trauma registry system was a methodology employed to gather and analyze the epidemiological traits, injury-causing factors, treatment approaches, and prognosis of ocular trauma. Through ocular trauma registration, more comprehensive information can be offered for the research and analysis of ocular trauma, providing a basis for the improvement of treatment methods and preventive strategies. This chapter reviews 101 published clinical eye registries worldwide, a total of nine ocular trauma registries worldwide and the Chinese Eye Injury Registry.
