Techno-Economic Potential Assessment of Green Hydrogen Production System
摘要
Green hydrogen is one of the alternative fuels. Its technical and economic production feasibility has not yet been adequately evaluated in different parts of India. The current study was conducted with the goal of determining the technical and economic viability of creating a hybrid photovoltaic-wind power plant that would generate electricity and green hydrogen. According to the analysis of the technical and economic viability of conclusions, the region under consideration aim is to analyse the amount of solar irradiance, and wind speed of the methodological condition of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, situated at latitude 23.3°N and longitude, 77.36°E for the calculation of green hydrogen production which annually produces 19.65 kg of hydrogen for constructing a hybrid system consisting of: 1 kW wind turbine model of whisper H80, a 1 kW photovoltaic system, a 2 kW PEM electrolyser and a 10 kg hydrogen tank. Also, an investigating of the technical and economic factors shows that the cultivation of hybrid plants in this research area is justified. The outcomes show that using wind, and solar energy to produce green hydrogen is both feasible and effective.
