Extraction of Supernumerary Teeth

In this chapter, we explore the comprehensive study of supernumerary teeth, primarily focusing on the anterior maxillary region, commonly referred to as mesiodens. The classification of supernumerary teeth is based on their location and morphology, and their presence can lead to various clinical complications. These teeth are usually identified through clinical and radiographic examinations. We aim to explore the etiology, associated clinical issues, classification, diagnosis, and treatment modalities related to supernumerary teeth.
