In a world of increasing changes and uncertainty, industrial sectors are confronted to more external perturbations like war, but also to more internal changes due to consumers’ needs or legal constraints. This pushes companies from various industrial sectors to be more reactive and even proactive to changes. In this context, more and more research articles address agility and resilience. Most of which are focused on a company or production system. Only a few papers consider a company as a piece of an ecosystem. Indeed, a change in a process impacts not only the major manufacturer but also a multitude of suppliers which requires them to anticipate and to adapt their processes against potential changes. Before knowing how to help these suppliers to be more reactive, the main issue is how to identify all actors and characterize relations in a manufacturing process. This Phd is an industrial Phd started from eight months with a digital company.
