As we enter the era of 100-year life expectancy, the working period for company employees is increasing. Therefore, it is important that when individuals become managers, they continue to learn and grow in response to changes in the business environment and their positions. In this study, we attempted to model the consciousness of Japanese section managers and department managers, referred to as multi-agents, dispatched to school-type managerial training after engaging in knowledge exchange discussions with management layers from other companies for 3 months. To achieve this, we utilized free-form comments from post-training surveys, typically used to ascertain dissatisfaction or requests regarding the training, and conducted a text mining analysis. As a result, by focusing on frequently occurring verbs and performing dependency parsing, we derived knowledge that reveals differences in consciousness between section managers and department managers.
