The Bethe vectors for the periodic inhomogeneous \( SO (3) \) Heisenberg spin chain are obtained by the action of the creation operators on the highest weight vector, also called the pseudo-vacuum. The relevant creation operators are given by recurrence relation. The off-shell action of the transfer matrix on the Bethe vectors is given explicitly, including all the unwanted terms.
