摘要

Greenhouse phenotypic measurement technology and systems are of great significance in modern plant scientific research and agricultural production. This paper reviews the current development status and future prospects of key measurement technologies and typical systems. First, the three key technologies of three-dimensional measurement, multispectral measurement and thermal infrared imaging are discussed in detail, and their applications and advantages in capturing plant morphological characteristics, health status assessment and environmental adaptability research are analyzed. Secondly, two typical greenhouse phenotyping measurement systems are introduced: PlantEye and FieldScanalyzer. The PlantEye system, developed by Phenospex, is good at high-resolution three-dimensional imaging and multispectral measurement, and is suitable for fine morphological research and physiological characteristics analysis; the FieldScanalyzer system, developed by LemnaTec, has high-throughput measurement and multispectral imaging capabilities, and is suitable for large-scale Rapid acquisition and analysis of large-scale phenotypic data. Finally, the future technological development direction is prospected, emphasizing the key role of software and hardware innovation in improving the performance of greenhouse phenotyping measurement systems.
