Environmental factors affect a solar photovoltaic (SPV) system's output power rating because they significantly influence the quantity and amount of insolation under outside circumstances. Therefore, it is essential to comprehend the daily insolation's features and how they affect the SPV system's power rating in detail in order to create power plants with correct planning and the assurance of high-quality power. The amount of effective solar irradiance that hits photovoltaic panels in an outdoor setting starts to decrease when the dust begins to build up on the panels’ surface. Similar obstructions to solar irradiance landing on photovoltaic panels include other bird droppings, ice, and salt layer. There are two key factors that need to be considered in order to increase the effectiveness of solar panels: the first is the amount of light that hits them directly, and the second is how much of this light energy can be used efficiently to produce electricity. The problem with solar panel utilisation is the dust that accumulates on them. The effectiveness of solar panels is decreased by dust on their cells. As a result, there will be an automated system that will routinely clean the solar panels to keep them operating at their best.
