Thoughts and Practice of Good Enterprises

It also examines Ingvar Kamprad of IKEA, who emphasized simplicity and accessibility in his business model, and Master Cheng Yen of the Tzu Chi Foundation, who instilled compassion and value-driven management. These cases illustrate the importance of ethical values, environmental responsibility, and compassionate leadership in driving successful and sustainable business practices.
