This chapter proposes ten principles for the entrepreneur to establish a good enterprise, which may include “Core Belief, Valued-Based Leadership, Management with Love, The Principle of Governance, A System of Altruism, Compassionate Innovation, Virtue Paradigm, Co-Existed with the Planet, Co-Prosperity with All Beings.” It explores how leaders integrate personal values into their business practices. It discusses Yvon Chouinard of Patagonia, highlighting his commitment to environmental sustainability and ethical business operations. It also examines Ingvar Kamprad of IKEA, who emphasized simplicity and accessibility in his business model, and Master Cheng Yen of the Tzu Chi Foundation, who instilled compassion and value-driven management. These cases illustrate the importance of ethical values, environmental responsibility, and compassionate leadership in driving successful and sustainable business practices.
