Data-Driven Performance Evaluation of a Cyber Physical Planetary Transmission System
摘要
The ease of measurement and analysis is the need of every industrial automation system. In this paper, the exploratory data analysis (EDA) is used to analyze and summarize the data to gain insights and understand its underlying patterns, relationships and distributions using Python programming. This work presents a methodology for an IoT and cloud-based multi-sensored condition monitoring system for monitoring and control of performance parameters of a two-stage planetary gearbox such as current, voltage, speed, temperature, humidity, vibration and acoustic data transmission using wired and wireless network. The proposed methodology involves a completely new design and development of a cyber physical system for monitoring and control of the dynamic response of the system using sensors and microcontroller. The experimental tests resulted in an online as well as offline acquisition of sensor data with high robustness under different operating conditions.
