摘要

Cyber laws are crucial for defending citizens and enterprises in the digital age, where security of information management has taken on a crucial role. The significance of cyber laws in defending the rights and privacy of both businesses and individuals is briefly discussed in this paper. Businesses are exposed to cyber dangers including data breaches, hacking, and intellectual property theft since they rely heavily on digital platforms for their operations. Similar to this, people reveal an increasing quantity of personal information online, making strict legal protections for their digital identities necessary. To meet these issues, a complete structure of laws and regulations known as cyber laws has developed. These laws aim to create legal requirements for data protection, privacy, and information security management. They describe the penalties for non-compliance as well as the obligations placed on enterprises to protect sensitive data. Additionally, by enabling law enforcement to look into and prosecute cyber criminals, cyber laws help to thwart prospective dangers.
