The Application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Technologies in the Healthcare Industry: A Review

Healthcare is one of the concerned research areas due to various biological and viral diseases. Recently, the world has suffered from the pandemic of COVID-19, showing the importance of healthcare research. In the domain of healthcare, detection and effective finding of the disease is very important for the quick recovery of the patients. However, detecting and diagnosing diseases with the traditional approach is quite difficult. Recently, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) knowledges, along with neural networks, computer vision, and robotics, have helped healthcare services very effectively. These technologies help the medical world in healthcare delivery and diagnosing diseases. This work summarises the services of AI and ML in developing healthcare delivery and diagnosing diseases.
