Approach for Automatic Irrigation with Farm Security Using Arduino
摘要
India is primarily an agricultural country. For their agricultural practices, Indian farmers rely on rain, soil moisture, and environmental concerns. Indian farmers must now incorporate Smart Agricultural systems to increase agriculture production. Farmers can spy on their farms, all thanks to the efficiency of today’s electronic devices and data accumulated using sensors and actuators. In this proposed model, sensors interface to communicate with Arduino UNO situated in the fields for smart irrigation by turning the pump motors ON or OFF, by measuring the soil’s moisture content. Additionally, weather prediction, farm animal health monitoring, rain detection, automatic fencing lights, and natural enemy intervention in the field all functionalities are all integrated with this model. Using Wi-Fi as well as an Arduino UNO, these processes are controlled remotely. Concerning the process of getting involved in the smart agriculture research and development field all the processes and steps involved in the fields during crop production are tried to be automated to reduce workloads from farmers and make agricultural practice easy. An artificially constructed farm is used to assess the model’s performance.
