An Intelligent Evaluation Method for Risk of Major Research Projects Based on Fuzzy Theory

The current traditional risk evaluation method for major research projects mainly realizes risk evaluation by modeling risk factors, which leads to poor evaluation results due to the lack of refinement of risk evaluation indexes. In this regard, an intelligent evaluation method of major scientific research project risk based on fuzzy theory is proposed. By constructing a fuzzy risk matrix, the fuzzy affiliation function is obtained. The evaluation index system is constructed by combining the hierarchical analysis method and cluster analysis of risk factors. Finally, the risk evaluation of major scientific research projects is realized by calculating the risk value. In the experiment, the evaluation effect of the proposed evaluation method is verified. The experimental analysis shows that when the proposed evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of major scientific research projects, the evaluation risk value has a low error and more desirable evaluation effect.
