Real-time Vehicle Tracking System Using Geofencing

This paper presents a real-time GPS tracking solution using geofencing on the management of institutional vehicles, and the proposed method combines the implementation of this real-time vehicle tracking system, which has the potential to revolutionize logistics and transportation management by providing actionable insights and improving overall operational efficiency. Real-time tracking information, geofencing alerts, and ETA predictions are stored and retrieved from the Neo4j database, ensuring that decision-makers can access up-to-date and accurate information. With the use of Google Maps data, the logistic regression model can predict ETA with accuracy by examining past data, current traffic patterns, and particular route information. The incorporation of Google Maps guarantees accurate navigation, which enhances the precision of ETA computations.
