Additive Manufacturing and Application of Self-healing Geopolymers Based on DIW Technology
摘要
This chapter introduces the research on the forming of diamond-reinforced geopolymer composites. By adopting direct ink writing (DIW) technology with good scalability to realize porous additive manufacturing, combined with simulation to achieve high performance characteristics in model applications. Diamond reinforced kaolin geopolymer composites show excellent properties in self-healing, mechanical and thermal stability. In particular, its colloid to solid process provides not only the advantages of DIW forming, but also the advantages of fusion with other materials, providing imitation and repair of the filling forming stage. Therefore, it has advantages in the field of engineering green manufacturing and ceramic cultural relics restoration.
