There are always waivers built into the health services by the governments. Those waivers however never functioning well enough because of the ever-increasing “budget shortage” problems in the country. For this reason, ministerial authorities are usually unable to fully support the services including the new field of community genetics activities. Even if they support, the sustainability is always in doubt. These, in general, will have considerable consequences on all aspects of the population health status. Many people might, therefore, be affected. Of them, children and women, for obvious reasons, are the most vulnerable groups.
