Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Networks
摘要
This chapter provides a meta distribution-based analytical framework for UAV-assisted cellular networks, in which the probabilistic line-of-sight channel and realistic antenna pattern are taken into account for air-to-ground transmissions. Section 3.2 introduces the system model. Section 3.3 relax the widely applied uniform off-boresight angle assumption and derive the exact distribution of off-boresight angle. Based on these results, Sect. 3.4 derives the metrics in terms of the moments of condition success probability, the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio meta distribution, and the mean local delay, followed by asymptotic behavior of the moments as network density approaches infinity. Section 3.5 provides simulation results and investigate the impacts of UAV features on the fine-grained network performance. Finally, Sect. 3.6 concludes the chapter.
