Ground Cellular Networks with Dependence
摘要
This chapter focuses on the terrestrial networks with spatial coupling among transmitters and evaluates the performance in terms of load, handover, and dynamic traffic. Section 2.1 derives the cell load distribution for cellular networks with homogeneous Poisson point process distributed BSs and Poisson cluster process distributed users. Section 2.2 develops a unified framework to investigate the handover performance of wireless networks with traffic hotspots. Section 2.3 investigates the spatio-temporal performance of device-to-device (D2D) networks in finite areas, where the locations of transmitters are modeled as a binomial point process with dedicated receivers at fixed distance. Finally, Sect. 2.4 concludes the chapter.
