Introduction
摘要
This chapter introduces the background of space-air-ground networks and the challenges in analyzing each segment of the networks. The evolution of space-air-ground networks is first present. Then the unique characteristics of terrestrial networks, unmanned arial vehicles, and satellites are illustrated. Through the discussion, it is revealed that the spatial randomness and diverse mobility patterns are key challenges in analyzing space-air-ground networks. The outline of the monograph is finally illustrated.
