Distributed Quantum Games

In this chapter, we present a distributed game on quantum networks. A nonlocal game is generally described as multiple, space-separated players interacting with a referee. Communication between players is forbidden. This kind of game allows all players to determine a joint strategy from complete knowledge of input distribution and predicate conditions for winning the game. The corresponding implementation procedure is generally featured by a generalized variable model for classical sources or a quantum model with entangled sources. One fundamental problem is to determine whether quantum mechanics is superior to classical theory in terms of specific nonlocal tasks. These evaluations are equivalent to solving special optimization problems from Tsirelson’s reductions.
