Communications Using Fog Cloud Systems with Interrupted Network Connectivity in Health-Care Emergency

Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) has now emerged as a solution to a variety of real-world issues. Additionally, the use of mobile phones has grown at a rapid speed. Mobile gadgets have played a significant role in helping those in need. Emergency scenarios in health care might be challenging to manage due to the movement of patients. This paper proposes a transmissions framework for Fognode networks that uses the Condorcet criterion to select a best Fognode and allows to offload the patient’s emergency data to the Fognode.
