A 49-year-old man presented with a history of ocular trauma after falling on the road. no motor vehicle accident was involved. The patient had a loss of vision in the left eye. There was a history of loss of consciousness and nasal bleeding. a non-contrast CT scan of the orbit and paranasal sinuses showed a nasal and frontal bone fracture. MRI showed the collection in the left sphenoid sinus with mucosal edema and a pneumatized posterior ethmoid cell.
