Optic Nerve Decompression in Type 2 Optic Nerve
摘要
A 32-year-old male presented with a history of road traffic accident a month ago. He had complete loss of vision in his left eye with just the PL + ve (perception of light) but inaccurate PR (projection of light) from his left eye. He had a history of receiving prednisolone at the dose of 1 mg/kg body weight. His vision remained PL + ve, so he was taken up for surgery.
