Endoscopic Management of Severe Ocular Pain Due to Isolated Posterior Ethmoidal Mucocele
摘要
Severe ocular pain as the only symptom of a paranasal sinus mucocele is a rare occurrence. A 47-year-old female was referred to us with complaints of acute severe pain in her left eye of 2 days duration. She had ptosis, diplopia, lid oedema, and excoriation of skin around the eyes. She was under the care of an ophthalmologist. There were no nasal symptoms.
