Introduction
摘要
In this chapter, the mechanical performance and fabrication methods, e.g., chemical vapor infiltration (CVI), polymer and infiltration pyrolysis (PIP), and melt infiltration (MI), are introduced. The requirements of aeroengine hot-section components are given and related with CMCs. The applications of CMC components in stator and rotation hot-section components of aeroengines are introduced.
