In this research investigation, the author presents forty eight formulas that summarize Construction Project managed status. The parameters considered for the representation of Construction Project status are four in number, namely, Cost, Time, Quantity, and Quality. The status is evaluated based on the Estimate of the Limit Values of the four parameters, i.e., Cumulative Cost, Cumulative Time, Cumulative Quantity, and Cumulative Quality when the construction project is supposed to finish. Any of these four parameters intermediate value is gotten as a Linear [0, 1] Range Normalized Value of the Parameter’s Cumulative Value at the start of the project and The Cumulative Value at the end of the construction project. Optimized Management is achieved by advising on the Ascensions or Descensions (using the formulas 41 through 44) of the parameters of concern to be achieved, wherein the Instantaneous Portended Values Till Present are computed using the MS Excel FORECAST Function. Also, the authors consider some few construction projects of similar kind and compute the above 48 status parameters representing the project. Furthermore, 48 OCTAVE Computer Program Codes are written to this effect. Once, the Ascensions and Descensions Advising Vector is computed, the parameters themselves are Normalized along the Time Co-ordinate from the Start Time Till Present. These advising can help us apply distinguished attention to the parameters of concern’s deficit value for taking further managerial actions that aptly close in the deficit gap of the parameter.

摘要
