摘要

At present, we are in the 5G wireless technology era, where the implementation is being rolled out, and work is still going on. The next technological advance, according to G+ trends, is 6G, and work on it has already started. Although the work is still being carried out, the expected technologies, advancements, challenges, and opportunities. One such key aspect of 6G is privacy and trust while handling high-level, data-intensive applications. Making 6G a general-purpose and useful technology presents a challenge and a pillar of wireless technology for the upcoming years. This paper investigates how this can be accomplished using blockchain technology and an appropriate consensus algorithm for an anticipated 6G user case: smart infrastructure/Internet of vehicles, an intelligent transport system that can communicate over blockchain in a 6G-like environment. The entire work has been done over Ethereum, and 6G-type conditions have been replicated using a network simulator. The work demonstrates how blockchain can lead to enhanced data security, and an efficient and reliable consensus for practical purposes.
