AI and Machine Learning as Catalysts for Educational Equity: Bridging the Urban–Rural Divide

Education has always been an important sector for the growth and development of an economy. Since Independence government plans are focused towards growth of education sector in the country. However, with the changing scenario bring the need to bridge the gap between education and industry sector. Industry academia collaboration is required to boost up the educational sector of the country. This will in turn help in bridging the gap between rural and urban areas. Industry may help to improve infrastructure and other basic amenities to provide holistic environment of growth in country. This paper focuses on the areas where industries can help in bridging up the gap between the two sectors of education, i.e. rural and urban along with the challenges faced by the sector.
