Cost Saving Using Blockchain-Based Banking

This paper focuses on the hurdles and occasions when it comes to the execution of blockchain in the banking domain by enabling the potential merits of blockchain technology. The blockchain enables the banking domain to improve the infrastructure of global finance by accomplishing the supportable development with the help of reliable efficient systems available today. As a matter of fact, several banks are concentrating on blockchain technology to encourage economic widening. To understand the potentials offered by the blockchain in order to aid the financial system, our research consists of the study related to the performance of the actual bitcoin system upon pointing toward the restrictions, i.e., higher computing power leads to more energy consumption which results in the increased cost of hardware. We were able to reach an estimation related to the bitcoin network’s hash rate and electrical capacity. To be able to assess the productivity of bitcoin when in reality utilized, it interprets the following quantities: operational productivity, economic productivity, and methodical service. The captured end results showcase that we can handle the financial processes more effectively than that of current systems by conquering the demerits of the bitcoin system and blockchain technology.
