Criticism of the Twelve Masters

Ideology is intimately related with the criteria according to which right and wrong are distinguished and is crucial to order or chaos. Having realized its importance, the author provided a general survey of the contemporary schools of thought. Basing his discussion on Confucianism, he emphasized the right path of the doctrine, described its current conditions and pointed out its shortcomings with a view to establishing a good social order.
