Procedures and Awards

Arbitration procedures refer to the process by which an arbitral tribunal or arbitral institution conducts an arbitration, and the arbitral tribunal or arbitral institution is required to perform its duties with due process. In addition, in the process of enforcing arbitral awards, issues of arbitration procedures are often involved, in particular the various challenges raised on the grounds of improper arbitration procedures against enforcement.
