In this section, the nominative technique, negative question surveys, and RR techniques for the estimation of nonlinear functions of population parameters such as the ratio of two characters, regression coefficient, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of variation are proposed. Applications of RR techniques in multistage sampling and estimation of rare sensitive attributes by using a Poisson distribution are presented. Optimal sampling strategies for the various superpopulation models are also presented.
