摘要

Today, the establishment and maintenance of high-quality university-level training programs that comply with predefined standards are not only challenging but also imperative requirements in modern higher education. The evaluation and certification process in education, especially adhering to international standards, has become a key measure for ensuring educational quality. Consequently, in this paper, we propose a thorough and rigorous method that automatically supports curriculum designers in ensuring that training programs are well-formed. We first introduce the ULTPOnt ontology for representing training programs with OWL Full. Then, we define axioms added to the ULTPOnt Ontology to support the establishment of the correctness of curriculum designs. The reasoning mechanism of ontology are next presented. Finally, utilizing the CORESE semantic engine, we showcase how our ontology can perform intelligent SPARQL queries to identify potential issues within curriculum designs.
