This chapter begins by delineating regimes of flow for a liquid/gas and goes on to provide a discussion on speed of sound through a liquid/gas without significant surface tension, speed of sound through a liquid/gas with significant surface tension, speed of sound through a mixture of gases, and speed of sound through a liquid/gas based on the omega method.
